For some reason Seamless can be super glitchy on Mac software - seamless cant seem to figure that out / fix it. So for many the AP is the only way to use Seamless at all. Sometimes it wont load and needs to exited an re-launched before finally it works. When loaded, it works great...

I use seamless at least 3 times a week. Its my top 5 apps indeed. Update me when my food is coming & even makes sure the restaurant stays accountable if food doesnt arrive on time. Amazing

The app no longer shows me any of my past orders older than 30 days. This is not acceptable. Some orders take considerable time to put together. The history needs to more extensive than 30 days (at least 180, preferably 365 or unlimited). Also, when re-ordering a past order, "comments" are forgotten if I go to edit a particular item in the cart. Very buggy. (I am using an iPhone 6s Plus with the latest iOS.)

Lets be real team, I dont want to get out of my chair right now. Im in the zone so Im definitely going to pay someone to bring me my food.

The ordering is easy and restaurants available are numerous but The history doesnt stay for a long enough time and the Restaurant reviews are outdated and can not be updated.

I love seamless!! They are always there for you. Sometimes there are mistakes with the restaurants (wrong dish, item missing etc. I order seamless 3 times a day so I have more opportunities for mistakes) but the seamless crew always helps me solve everything fast! Their attentive and always on the clients side. I love them

Would be great if you could rate a restaurant afterwards - like how car service apps do it. Also I find the search function is not very helpful when Im looking for something in particular. Otherwise its good. Its the only food delivery app I use.

I use this app far more than I should. When I go to a city that doesnt have seamless I feel like I am in the dark ages. Anytime I have had an issue with a restaurant its been resolved immediately. I love you seamless

It may be a sad commentary on my life management skills, but as a single parent in the City I find there is NO WAY I would manage feeding my kidlet in a timely fashion without this app. Like that one time I was at a work event in the Bronx and realized there was nothing in the fridge for the kidlet and the sitter, so I used Seamless and had dinner ready for them a mere minutes after they got to our apartment in Brooklyn. Theres a good variety of cuisines and the delivery estimates are generally on point. I seriously dig that everything is prepaid through the app. When we move, I will miss the convenience of this app.

Very helpful. Every restaurant should sign up for this.
