Clunky, crashy app. They also ask for a review annoyingly frequently. Also, the reviews on the app are terrible. Youll get pointed to a lot of very bad restaurants because they permit employees to review restaurants. Likewise, there are a lot of very good restaurants on ther, but you wouldnt know because they dont get top ratings because they dont have employees on there fabricating their ratings. The service is nice. The app is the worst.

Ordering through this app is Seamless... the only issues Ive ever encountered have been with the restaurants (delivery time, etc.). Even then, Id call Seamless and theyd iron the situation out. As the subway ads suggest, Seamless really was made for New Yorkers...

Stick to delivering food, not to delivering political opinions. I used this app 4-5 times per week, switching to Yelp Eat24

Does what its suppose to do. Wish they would improve the restaurant ratings. They are completely unreliable -- established restaurants see wild swings in number of stars from week to week.

The UI is fine but the notifications arent real time, their updates are never accurate and they dont communicate with the restaurant if theres an issue. Eat24 has them beat in every category.

Seamless was bought out by grubhub. Do NOT use, there are plenty of others apps to use. i.e. Door Dash, yelp, uber eats etc...

This app is so convenient. When Im running late and cant fix dinner, I just order and by the time I reach home, delivery is there. Fast and easy Its the best

Ive been using this app for years. I love how it gives text updates of the foods arrival as well.

Totally Useless Customer Support - dispute with Haru not resolved. Easier to order directly from restaurant without the "seamless" middle man.

Very useful app, and I use it all the time. Especially convenient if I you already know what youre looking for. It would be handy if they had a personal notes area so you could keep track of which restaurants you have tried and what you thought of them. Negatives: the user reviews of restaurants are truly worthless, and the app nags you too often to review it

I placed a lunch order wanted to use a 10 dollar off code they email me said I couldnt use it because Im not a 1st time customer. So why would they send me the code ? Then I paced an order to get a call 10 mins later that the restaurant is too busy to make my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to go back. I dont get how they cant just credit me back my money right away or at least charge me once you have placed me order. Im just extremely annoyed.
